We've really enjoyed living here from when the apartment was developed. The hi spec kitchen area was a dream come true and sold it to me straight away. As the apartment actually faces away from St. James Street itself, it means we get the bonus of the location but it is still very quiet. The only time we get lots of noise is during the amazing pride festival weekend in August which we have enjoyed ourselves in the past. Its what makes this area so great, with a very relaxed and bohemian vibe.

We are now looking for the next chapter so feel its the right time to sell. Hopefully we can find something in as good as location as here!
