Description - Known as Brandymarsh Field, the land totals 2.95 acres (1.19 hectares) and is run as a small holding by the present owners where they rear sheep, pigs and chickens and grow a variety of fruit and vegetables which they sell locally.

In addition to the open grass paddocks, one with a timber FIELD SHELTER (10' x 6') there is a willow plantation which is harvested for plant supports and an enclosed willow seating / BBQ area.
Services - There are no mains services to the land. We understand that mains water is available nearby. Rain water is presently collected in two 5,000 litre storage tanks.
