We have enjoyed renovating this home throughout over the 24 years we have lived here. We have particularly loved the sun in the garden all afternoon and evening to entertain or watch our family kick a ball around or throw a ball for the dog.

The location was what attracted us first and being able to walk our children to school and go to the local park afterwards. At weekends we would take a picnic down to the beach or go to the sports centre for a game or two. We have been very lucky to have fantastic neighbours who have been here as long as we have as houses down this road don't become available very often and will be sad to leave but also have some treasured memories.
