Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

An amazing location, situated right in the heart of Lewes. Tucked away off the High Street, with spectacular views from the shared roof terrace towards the South Downs, Ouse Valley and roof tops.

This beautiful apartment is immaculately presented. The open plan living space provides plenty of room for a dining table and chairs, along with the kitchen and lounge areas. Picture yourself hosting drinks with friends, stepping out onto the balcony with the sun streaming through, whilst showing off your Masterchef skills in the contemporary Italian kitchen.

After a long day, head to the sumptuous bathroom and indulge yourself with a soak in the bath.

In the winter months you will certainly appreciate the underfloor heating and the walnut facing doors with matching walnut veneer flooring adding to the warm, welcoming feel to this home.

Take a very short walk and you are in the centre of the historic county town of Lewes, with its High Street stores and independent boutiques, popular restaurants, cafes and pubs. You are only a five minute walk to the train station, which is really handy if a commute to work is required, as it offers direct links to London and Brighton.

This would make a great purchase for first time buyers or buy to let investors. Don't miss out! Avoid disappointment and call now for your viewing!

What the Owner says:

As soon as we saw this place we had to have it!

We wanted a bright, modern property with lovely views in the centre of Lewes and this apartment offered us all of this. Having a lift was 'the icing on the cake', it makes life so much easier especially when you come home with the weekly shop.

The location is great, everything is on your doorstep and it's so handy to nip out for a loaf of bread! It's particularly fun on bonfire night when you are able to watch many of the firework displays from the comfort of your own home or join the neighbours on the roof terrace. We have now decided to move as we have recently had a baby and need extra space.
