Our Time Here - The location, Waldron Road is considered one of the best roads to live in Broadstairs, its absolutely beautiful here. Were really near the beach, with sea views from all the windows at the rear of the house, and we love being so near to the town.

One of our favourite rooms is the lounge at the front, which is very cosy and warm, benefitting from evening sunlight with a lovely big bay window. We also love the kitchen/diner. We opened the middle of the house out to create a lovely open plan living space with porcelain tiles all the way through from the entrance hall. Its a perfect space for entertaining and weve had more dinner parties than we can remember here! It would also be an ideal family space as double doors lead out from the dining area and second lounge onto the spacious garden.

Waldron Road is fairly quiet road with a good community feel. A real attraction for the area is the sailing, and this is an absolutely beautiful area to do this. I belong to the sailing clubs in both Broadstairs and Ramsgate, while my wife plays tennis at Broadstairs and St. Peters Lawn Tennis Club.
Broadstairs town is just a ten minute walk away, which has many restaurants and various popular festivals throughout the year including Folk Week.

Weve had some truly wonderful parties with family and friends here over the past 11 years, especially during the summer in the garden. Although the garden is very secluded its a space that benefits from the sun all day long. We will be very sad to leave this beautiful house, and we will miss it greatly.
