General
Lune Hall dates from the late-17th/early-18th Century and has a handsome Victorian appearance. It is substantially constructed in local materials with the front façade being in partially dressed limestone. Internally the accommodation has many period features, with the property fortunate in retaining original fireplaces and an impressive reception hall with stained glass windows and side screen. There is also a good deal of decorative plasterwork. It is well-proportioned, having four good reception rooms, six bedrooms (two en suite) and attic rooms.
