Buying this property 37years ago as a new build we can honestly say that it has been an absolutely wonderful place to live.When I first saw the flat I knew it would be an ideal property. The community here is very friendly and the location is superb for Sutton town centre with brilliant local schools and transport links close at hand.Having the garage and ample visitor parking is a huge bonus.
After much deliberation we have decided to move away from the area to be closer to family. But one thing is for sure, if the new owners love the flat half as much as we have, then they will be very happy indeed!
