The land is situated at 'Higher Fraddon'. If travelling on the A30 from Truro towards Bodmin, take the exit signposted Fraddon and Ladock (just after passing the Premier Inn). At the T junction turn left and, at the roundabout, take the third exit towards Fraddon and Indian Queens. At the next roundabout proceed straight over into the village of Fraddon, proceed up the road and, at the next roundabout, take the second exit. After 100 yards or so, take the right hand turning signposted 'Higher Fraddon'. Proceed up this road and the plot will be located on the right hand side as identified by our round 'For Sale' board.
