Buying this house over 20 years ago I wouldn't have thought I would have been here so long as it was an ideal 'first time buy'. I was able to put my own stamp on the property and this maisonette needed some updating to say the least.
Since moving in I have decorated throughout, re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom (both within the last 18 months) and have enlarged the patio area to take full advantage of the sun.
I'll miss the size of the property and the garden too. I'll miss the cosy warm feeling of the open fire. It's been incredibly convenient living here and is within walking distance of the town centre which is ideal.
