The property is extremely handy being near the beach and Heysham village, there is a great school locally called St Peters which has a good reputation and Eardley Road is a quiet and friendly street. We have enjoyed having the extended kitchen with the utility area it makes making meals for the family and guests a pleasure and never a chore, and having a good size dining room is an added bonus. Two of the bedrooms can hold king-size beds and still have ample room for free standing furniture. The third bedroom is bigger than a standard box room which I currently use a craft room. We have partial sea views from the bedrooms and the sunsets are amazing to watch.
