Seller’s Comments
We have lived in the apartment for over 10 years, we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it, there are many original period feature's which include sash windows, large fireplace and high ceilings .

The apartment flows from room to room and has been decorated to a extremely high standard.

The large well maintained garden is always a pleasure especially in the summer time and the gated car park has always given us a feeling of security.

The historical town of Rochester is a stones throw away and we will be re-visiting regularly when we move as we enjoy this so much.

Rochester train station is a short walk away with its high speed links to London, this has been great for our commute to work.

This has truely been a fantastic place to live and we are only looking to move up to the next step in the property ladder.
