When I bought the property approximately 21 years ago, it was necessary to carry out many improvements throughout.I have had the roof re-tiled and re-insulated, a new driveway and windows and have had a new boiler installed. Over the years, I have replaced the bathroom and kitchen, installed new flooring and decorated throughout.I have lived in the village since 1981 and find it is a very friendly place to live and even though we are in a semi-rural setting, the location provides great access to the motorway network.
