Method of disposal
The land is to be sold as a whole or as individual lots by means of Informal tender. All buyers must use the tender document attached when making a bid on any combination of lots or as a whole. The tender date is on Wednesday 31st August 2016 at 12 noon The vendor reserves the right to accept or decline any of the tenders put forward through the tender process. If a buyer is successful at tender they will be allowed 28-days to exchange contracts but will pay the vendors' solicitor a non-refundable deposit of £2,000 upon acceptance of any offer. Completion is to take place no later than ten-days after exchange of contracts. If an offer is accepted for the whole the non-refundable deposit will be £5,000.
Basic payment scheme
