I was originally born in Dover and having been living in the area I decided six years ago to re-locate back to my home town.

One of the reasons why I choose Lascelles Road in particular was because this was the road where I was born. I love how quiet it is as well as the space that the home offers. Over the time I decided that I wanted to rent the property out so it could also make a great investment.

Recently I have made several changes such as putting in new carpets, damp course, re-plastered some of the rooms and redecorated.
