The phrase ‘wow factor’ is often over used when describing a house, but in this case it is very apt. As soon as you approach the house you know that you are about to view something a little different. The attractive exterior invites you to enter revealing a stunning huge lounge area with high ceilings, neutral decor with lots of windows flooding the room with light creating a great space for entertaining and parties.

The feel of light and space continues throughout the whole house, along with the feel of quality from the beautiful gloss white kitchen/diner which comes complete with oven, hob and cooker hood, to the lovely modern bathroom. As well as having the desirable layout of two doubles and a separate upstairs bathroom, it also comes with a cellar room that you can utilise to suit your needs, perhaps a gym, study or cinema room, take your pick.

Outside you will discover good size gardens to both the rear and side and the location of the allocated parking spaces to the front gives you access to the side garden giving you the option of creating additional parking, building a garage or extension, subject to the necessary planning permission being obtained.

This former pub has been transformed into a truly fabulous house that you would be proud to call home and the envy of your friends and family.

What the Owner says:

When we first viewed the house we were amazed at the size it offered, so much more than others we had seen in the price range and we also loved the feel of building and the large plot, and it was one of the only properties that came with off road parking. Although the building had been converted and refurbished in recent years, we have carried out significant additional work to bring it up to an extremely high standard and we are delighted with the finished house. We wanted to create a property that we would be happy to live in ourselves and feel that we have achieved that goal.
