We have lived here for almost forty years having raised our family here.
We have extended the house and made many changes and improvements to give us more space.
The garden has been a labour of love and we have fitted some unique devices such as a motorised rotary line for drying the clothes, rainwater tank under the patio, meaning you can water the garden throughout the year and the greenhouse also has its own irrigation system.
In 2011 the gas central heating boiler was replaced and we added a further parking space to the front of the house.
We will be sorry to leave but sure that the new owners will be as happy as we have been.
