Our criteria for a suitable property was a peaceful location, and generous accommodation as we had a growing family.

Having looked at loads of properties, the Elmer area seemed to fit the bill, and the sea was nice and close by. Shops were also within walking distance but not intrusive.

This property proved to be perfect, providing generous size rooms allowing us to utilise all the space on offer.

We really hope the new owners love it here as much as we have.
