Since moving in we have replaced the boiler, and upgraded the kitchen four years ago to incorporate a range cooker, dish washer and an American style fridge- freezer. We extended and refurbished the bathroom to include a wetroom shower, have replaced the soffits and guttering, and to the front of the house all the double glazed windows, changed the garage roof, moved and fitted a stable door to the kitchen on the side. We love the view over the rear garden from the dining area. We sleep on the ground floor and both our teenagers have the upstairs 2 bedrooms and a Wc. The layout works very well for raising a family. We have always had a love for the outdoors and animals - the size of the garden meant we could have an area dedicated to them.
