Our Time Here - The location was the most important factor for us when choosing this property. Its set in a position that is tough to beat!
It would be impossible to choose a favourite room as I love them all equally, but I spend the majority of my time in the lounge and out on the balcony overlooking the sea. As the property is an "upside down" house, it's a different way of using the living space and this really makes the most of the fantastic views. To the front the sea provides a constantly changing view from the lounge (no need for pictures on the walls really!) while the kitchen overlooks the hills and surrounding countryside. At the night time its very pretty with all the twinkling lights.
As mentioned before the location is ideal. It's a 20 minute stroll along the beach into the town, which means you're far enough away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk away for the shops, bars and restaurants. There's a real sense of privacy here, with a holiday home on one side and a lovely elderly lady on the other, so it's very quiet.
I will definitely miss the space and the wonderful location. For me, it's the best house I've ever lived in. It has a very calm and settled atmosphere, and I would have very happily lived here forever but sadly circumstances dictate and it is time for a change now.
