It’s such a peaceful location in Milner Road. The layout of the maisonette is great with the bedroom being at the back so if there is any road noise you don’t hear it at night time. The garden is a lovely feature too. I have spent many an evening with friends relaxing and chatting and they always comment how sunny and big the garden is.I put the wooden floor in the lounge and replaced the central heating in 2011 and I have also had the electricity box replaced so there should be little for the next owner to do. The location is also great and so convenient for everything Brighton has to offer and the A23 and A27 are not far away.
