Tenure: Freehold

First time buyers on a limited budget will love this one as it could be exactly what they are looking for. There is plenty of room for your first home with separate lounge and dining room and two double bedrooms with a lovely modern bathroom and separate shower cubicle off the rear bedroom and the convenience of a downstairs cloakroom.

The lovely modern fitted kitchen which is complemented by a utility room may well inspire you to conjure up some gastronomic treats or at the very least provide somewhere to put your microwave for those ‘ping’ meals.

It also offers double glazing, central heating and good decor so it has all been done for you, which means you can just move in and start enjoying your new home without any major additional expense.

Outside you will discover a lovely well-tended garden, ideal for those summer barbecues when you entertain your friends.

The location is also great as it is only a two minute walk to the High Street, so if you commute to London, you will be able to enjoy those precious few extra minutes in bed, before a quick stroll to the station, jump on a train and be there within 40/45 minutes.

If you need to shop, then they are all on your doorstep and if you fancy a take away you will be absolutely spoilt for choice. All in all, a great first home.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking to buy 12 years ago as first time buyers, we looked at several, but this one really stood out for us as it was in such good condition and we particularly love the upstairs bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. We have loved living here as it is such a quiet and convenient place to live as everything is on doorstep. We have made a few improvements, including replacing the boiler with a far more energy efficient one, revamping the kitchen, decorating and making the garden a lovely space. Now that we have a family we need somewhere a little bigger and closer to our family so it is time for us to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
