When we were looking to buy 12 years ago as first time buyers, we looked at several, but this one really stood out for us as it was in such good condition and we particularly love the upstairs bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. We have loved living here as it is such a quiet and convenient place to live as everything is on doorstep. We have made a few improvements, including replacing the boiler with a far more energy efficient one, revamping the kitchen, decorating and making the garden a lovely space. Now that we have a family we need somewhere a little bigger and closer to our family so it is time for us to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
