Grid Ref:  SS562/296.  From Barnstaple take the B3232 road southwards as though towards Great Torrington.  Pass through Newton Tracey and Alverdiscott and on for just over 2 miles where turn left to Yarnscombe at Cloggs Hill Cross.  Follow this road into the centre of the village where bear right as though towards the Parish Church.  Within 100 yards to the left is a property Roseacre and the plot for sale is to the left just beyond.
