This has been the perfect family home and we have enjoyed living here for the past 18 years.
The time has come now for me to downsize but I am very keen on staying in the close vicinity. I enjoy the fact that I can easily walk into town and catch up with friends over a coffee.
I love the fact that my home has a south facing garden and the property is extremely light, which gives it a great feel.
