Our Time Here - It was the amazing location with a private beach at the top of our road that first drew us to this property. The bungalow is situated on a large plot, which is actually quite exceptional to find this close to the sea.
The best features of this property are the privacy and space it provides. The house itself surrounded by gardens and seating/eating areas. We love the bird song and tranquillity here.
The location is very convenient with a local co-op store within walking distance with friendly staff. The house is also an easy walk to Joy Lane Primary School and an exceptional nursery.
Highlights of living here definitely include the access to the private beach. We like to visit the Oyster Pearl Pub and Restaurant, which is an undiscovered gem, and were also close to the renowned Sportsman Pub. We love the fact that you can walk along the beach to Whitstable in half an hour. There is additionally an excellent Medical Centre under 5 minutes away.
We will certainly miss waking up and going to bed listening to the birds. We have created a beautiful garden together and brought up our children here over the past 21 years in this safe, happy environment. We have particularly enjoyed beach walks and beautiful sunsets along with BBQs with friends in our gardens.
This property provides peace, tranquillity and a total escape that most people could only dream of.
