A WORD FROM THE OWNER.....
"While living on Howard Road we have been spoilt with everything you could possibly wish for in a Walthamstow location. The street is extremely quiet, safe and suburban without compromising its distance to places of interest. The tube, high street, village and Lloyd Park are all just 5 minutes walk away.
The Village offers some fantastic restaurants, a great butchers and the much loved Wildcard Brewery. It also has a farmers' market every Saturday. The High Street is bustling on market day and has lots of convenient shops.
Bell Corner at the bottom of our road continues to create an identity all of its own since we have lived in the area with coffee shops and a vegetable market supporting the thriving Bell Pub (it's quiz night is a particular local favourite). Nearby there is also a new Italian deli and craft beer shop.
It was our first property and we are sad to be leaving it but hope the next owners enjoy the flat and area as much as we have. "
