OUR COMMENTS Recently decorated, re-carpeted, fitted with replacement windows, and a new bathroom this Is a great example of a 70's build family home. The accommodation comprises a comfortably sized lounge diner, the essential DSWC, kitchen, and lean to, with two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a modern family bathroom upstairs. Externally, the rear garden is fully enclosed by walls and fencing and provides a securely snug area for toddlers.
The side gate leads on to the garage and the drive which has space for multiple parking. (The adjoining garage owner has access to the garage, but not use of the drive. There is space aplenty!). Your own garage benefits from a courtesy door to the garden. The village centre is only a few minutes away and benefits from a convenience store and the village hall/community centre.
We think the property is ideally suited to the young family buyer, or investors who are looking for longer term tenants.
OWNER'S COMMENTS We knew this property was "just right" for our family as soon as we saw it. The bedrooms suit our children perfectly and the parking means our cars are safely off the road. We haven't been here for very long and so the improvements we have made will be mostly yours to benefit from.
Just in case you are thinking it; there are no negative reasons for our move! This home was always going to be a stepping stone for us, we will be moving onwards into our target town, Arundel.
