We liked this property because of the excellent size and great scope for enlarging and improvement. We have always been particularly impressed with the excellent transport links to major shopping centres such as Bluewater and Lakeside along with easy access to such Superstores as Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Tesco and, although no longer needed by us, there are many primary (4) and Secondary (3) schools along with Grammar and private schools together with easy access to Central London via local train and bus services. Since moving in we have installed a downstairs toilet, fenced the rear garden, installed rear vehicle access, a large summer house and two storage sheds. We have always been very happy living here with it being so peaceful, despite being close to the A2, we have also been fortunate with really friendly and helpful neighbours. It is also wonderful to be close to the Rivers Thames and Medway together with many parks and walks as well as historical sites such as Rochester and Upnor Castle.
