When I first bought this property it needed quite a lot of work doing to it. Over the years I have modernised it and more recently after I moved out it has been redecorated. The property has a Mediterranean feel with the palm trees in the front garden and with sea views over the channel in the back ground. The property has a surprising amount of space and I shall miss the sunny back garden which was a real hot spot in the summer. The lounge and dining areas were great for Christmas family gatherings all sat around the open fire. Ventnor will always be a favourite place of mine but I have now moved abroad and so am selling my lovely home by the sea for one in a hotter country!
