My mother lived here for over 15 years and enjoyed every moment. The location is superb with Grand Avenue being one of the most attractive roads in Worthing. The small development is tucked away off Grand Avenue and it makes parking very easy. The development was built in 1964 by Avon Developments to a very high standard. I understand the maisonette needs a little updating but nothing too much. The rooms are light and spacious with views out over the communal gardens from the lounge area. Being a split level maisonette makes you feel like you are in your own home, its just wonderful. Grand Avenue is a great location to catch a bus into town or to go that little bit further on the 700. The train station is also within walking distance along with shops and the sea.
