We love the generous windows which allow a lot of natural light into the house. It is a warm house and the under floor heating in the bathroom is a delight. The kitchen diner allows us to be cooking whilst our daughter is doing her homework, or playing in the enclosed rear garden which is a great space. The location is very quiet being at the end of the cul-de-sac, and our neighbours are fantastic. We are close to Regent Park and walks along the prom; with Heysham swimming pool just around the corner.
