It was fantastic value for money in comparison to others we viewed at the time. We had to do plenty of work to get it to its present condition, however it has all been worth it.

The garden is a real sun trap and because of its size, is a great area for the kids to play. Despite this being a two bedroom home, the living accommodation and plot size out measured any three bedrooms we looked at.

The area is very peaceful and is ideally located for all amenities, if you don't have a car. We are now looking for a larger property in the immediate area.
