We have lived in the flat for nearly four years and have loved it from the start. We were first time buyers when we bought it and had looked at a lot before we saw this one. We fell in love with it simply from driving up to the front door, and on entering the flat we were definitely not disappointed. We couldn't believe the size of all the rooms and even though the kitchen was smaller than some we had seen it still benefitted from nearly ten usable cupboards! We have loved having the bathroom and our own en-suite and the large storage cupboard has been ideal for housing our tumble dryer, which came in very handy when our little boy came along and the amount of washing we then had to do each day.
