We really could see the potential when we bought the house. We very quickly replaced the boiler and radiators and updated much of the wiring. We have also landscaped the garden and painted the front of the house in addition to replacing the kitchen. We also replaced the old wardrobes in bedroom 1.

We love our garden as it’s really sociable and it attracts a lot of sun. The open plan layout downstairs helps with a feeling of space and light too.

We also think the location is great. It’s so convenient to get to anywhere from here. The A23 and A27 are easy to get to as is Brighton itself.
