Directions - On the A30(T) a few miles to the west of Bodmin, exit at the Victoria Interchange (also the junction for Cornwall Services). Follow the signs for Roche and Victoria. At the mini roundabout in the centre of the village, take the first exit to the left onto the B3274 towards St. Austell and then turn immediately right towards Redruth (avoiding low bridge). Drive out of the village, follow the road around to the left and drive down into the valley. Drive up to the village of Whitemoor and continue to drive through the village. The development site will be seen on the right-hand side shortly before the primary school (which is also on the right-hand side).
