Full description

A classic two bedroom Warner apartment, beautifully presented with dedicated entrance and private garden, all just a few minutes walk from Walthamstow High Street and Blackhorse Road station. Period features and vintage touches combine for a stylish look and feel throughout.

You'll be perfectly situated, with the facilities, connections and excitement of Walthamstow Central just a half mile to the east, and the peaceful, wide open, blue and green space of Walthamstow Marshes - a Green Flag award-winning nature reserve - just as short a stroll in the other direction.

Inside, beautifully stained and sanded original timber floorboards are underfoot throughout. The lounge, just a shade under 150 square feet, features a beautiful period mantelpiece and twin windows for an abundance of natural light.

In the bathroom you've got some beautiful sandstone tiling. Head out through the fully fitted kitchen and you'll come to the forty foot private garden; a useful, flexible mixture of patio and lawn.

Blackhorse Road station will get you into Oxford Circus in just 20 minutes, while the short stroll to Walthamstow Central will reward you with a straight 20 minute run in to Liverpool Street, as well as the new Empire Cinema and a wide variety of brand restaurants next door. You've also got the huge choice of shops in the Walthamstow Mall.

- Walthamstow Marshes are truly amazing, but for open green space closer to home Stoney Down Park is just three minute's walk away.
- For your new local may we recommend The Chequers? A great little gastropub less than a half mile away on foot.
- The boiler is brand new, for a real weight off your mind.

Word from the owner...
Living here for the last few years really has been lovely. The area is fantastic, quiet, but close to everything you want to get to like our local, The Chequers, Sainsbury's , the cinema and all the local tube and overground stations. The area just keeps getting better too with new bars and restaurants like Mirth and Sodo opening just a few minutes walk up the road. Were staying in Walthamstow when we move and have family nearby so it certainly feels like our neighbourhood.
While we have been here weve focused on the boring improvements; bringing the wooden floors back to life, new electrics as well as a brand new boiler and central heating system, meaning you can do the fun stuff, like the garden and kitchen that can really make it your own.
It's a really light and airy flat and it's lovely to be able to look out on to the pretty church and trees across the street. We love eating at the kitchen table as the door opens right onto the garden which is a real treat, especially in the summer time. That positioning also makes it the ideal place for a BBQ, of which we've enjoyed many.
We had to think long and hard about moving as this is such a nice home.
