When I bought this property it had been neglected for many years and needed quite a lot of work doing to it. I carefully planned what I wanted and set about refurbishing the Bungalow inside and out. I wanted to live in a quiet village and Niton has proved a good decision and it is still only a short drive away from the larger towns. The kitchen was extended by the previous owners to give a much larger room which was a complete surprise and allowed me to incorporate a dining table and chairs along with a breakfast bar. I spent a lot of money making the property as maintenance free as possible with plastic exterior coverings and practical flooring throughout. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here but I need to move back to the mainland to be nearer my family.
