This was our first home, when we viewed this maisonette what struck us first was the amount of space compared with anything else that we had seen at the time. We prefer the older style properties and think the bay window at the front makes it attractive. When we found out that there was off road parking along with our own private outside space that ran right down the side to the rear of the property, we knew this had to be for us. We were bowled over at the size of the open plan living area and this has served very well for when we have visitors to stay. When we first moved here Woodford Parade had a few stores that were useful for our day to day convenience. Since then Costa coffee has opened up and La Sala serves delicious food, ideal for a Friday night.
