The Vendor's View - This property is all about the amazing location with its beautiful sea views.
My favourite rooms are the sun lounge and living room, due to their fantastic sea views; but having said that almost all of the rooms have great sea views.
St Margarets Bay is a lovely village with three pubs along with a convenience store and post office. There is also a local doctors surgery just 200 metres down the road and a highly regarded primary school as well. Also in the village is St Margarets Country Club, which has 2 indoor swimming pools and great gym facilities.
The whole village benefits from these amazing sea views, and I particularly like the actual bay itself in St Margarets, where there is a great Shepherd Neame pub, The Coast Guard, and lovely fresh air from the sea. The location is also great for commuting into London, as well as for access to Dover Docks and the channel tunnel, which are only a few minutes drive away.
