What The Owner Says
This has been our family home for 25 years and we have created some very happy memories. We have had great neighbours come and go over the years, but now feel it is now time to create memories in another home.

It is very central here for the city centre, the hospital, universities, the lakes district and Trough of Bowland, there are great local walks and bike rides local and safe for children also.

It will be sad to leave such a friendly good area but this home will hopefully create happy new memories for a new family.

We also have a good local councillor who has helped develop the area for the younger generation with the local parks.
