Having lived here for some time now we have seen plenty of changes over the years and it has been a great family home. The neighbours are the best anyone could ask for and the area has a real family feel, which we are confident that the new owners will enjoy as much as we have.

The icing on the cake has to be that the local primary and secondary schools are within walking distance, which saves a great deal of time on school runs and once the children get older they can walk to school independently.
