Our Time Here - We always used to come to Broadstairs and a family member owned the property next door. It was our dream to own a house just like it; across the road from the beach and in the centre of Broadstairs, where everything happens. Then one day our dreams were answered when this house came up for sale.
The best feature has to be the location and the stunning views, but it also has plenty to offer in terms of size and layout.
Broadstairs is bursting with interesting things to do, it has a thriving high street and a good selection of schools. There is plenty of social life in the local cafe bars and restaurants, many of which have sea views, and this gives you the sense of being on holiday anywhere in the world.
Broadstairs also has one of the best beaches around, and the nearby bandstand hosts entertainers and festivals throughout the year. Margate and Ramsgate are both a short drive away which also have equally great beaches; Ramsgate also having a spectacular harbour.
Our happiest memory has to be the day we moved in, we closed the front door and realised it was ours and that our dream had come true.
