This has been a fantastic location for me due to its proximity to Woodford Central line station and its so easy to connect to anywhere into the City whether its work or recreation, I feel like London is literally on my doorstep! Having seen a few properties down this road when I was looking, I very much preferred the double bay curb appeal. I was also attracted to the fact some care had been taken with this property to keep its original charm. Since I have been here I have spruced up the house and brightened up some of the rooms. The addition of shutters I think add a nice touch. Beyond the actual house this area is incredibly friendly with a great sense of community spirit. I have got to know my neighbours and its nice to see a friendly face in the morning to say hello.
