My parents moved here from Wales about fifteen years ago in order to be nearer to family.They always loved the light, airy accommodation and the stunning far reaching view from the balcony. Having a private garden was a bonus and as a family, we've all enjoyed the very sociable feel within the cul-de-sac.The service charge is surprisingly low and the apartment really economical to run.
