I have owned this flat for a number of years and it has always been a superb property for me. I originally lived here and I found the accommodation very easy to use as it is such a large space. Especially the garden which is all mine, it is a wonderful space – again because of the sheer size of it. Since I have moved out I have taken advantage of the rental market and I have never had any trouble finding a suitable tenant to move in. I have decided now is the right time to sell the property. I am also in the process of renewing the lease which will now be 125 years, so I hope that this helps with their decision to purchase.
