When we first looked at our house, it was the size that really attracted us. Having the parking and being close to the sea was a bonus and having a sea view from one of the top bedrooms really sealed the deal.

Having somewhere large enough for all the family has been perfect, and we even have enough space to have our mother in the downstairs bedroom so having the downstairs shower room was even more useful!

We will miss our lovely home but now the time has come to downsize.
