Since living here we have made a change to the garden, laying a patio and as it is predominately south facing we are lucky to get the sun most of the day. We are perfectly placed for all the transport links where we can get onto the motorway within a few minutes by car and Medway Valley Leisure Park is just at the top of the road where you will find a cinema, bowling alley, bars and restaurants. One of the many reasons why we bought this home was the particularly high ceiling in bedroom two which gives it a sense of space and we have thought about adding a mezzanine floor. We are looking to buy a new home locally but if a new buyer wanted to move in quickly then we could offer the option of going into rented accommodation.
