Set at the end of the a small cul-de-sac in the hamlet of Cootham, this extended three bedroom semi-detached house offers family friendly accommodation with a surprisingly large plot.

There is plenty of parking, plus a useful garage and the rear garden enjoys the sunshine all day long, with the beautiful South Downs providing a lovely relaxing backdrop. It's a great place for children to play whilst adults relax or entertain friends and family.

With scope to extend further (subject to the necessary permissions being obtained), the property already offers 1,000 sq ft of living space, including a welcoming lounge, separate dining room and a study, ideal for working from home. There is even a downstairs utility/cloakroom - rare for a house of this age.

Sitting just off the A272 Pulborough to Storrington road, the property is well placed for easy access to the wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants at Storrington less than a mile away to the west and Pulborough's mainline station just over 4 miles to the east.

What the Owner says:

We moved here from Surrey about four years ago as we were keen to get away from the hustle and bustle for a more relaxed semi-rural lifestyle.

It was the views of the South Downs that really sold the house to us, although we were also excited at the potential to improve the property! As soon as we moved in, we set about redecorating and we replaced some of the carpets. We also added a new patio, to make the most of the garden and we love sitting out on it at night looking up at the stars in the sky.

The neighbours are lovely and we will miss living in the friendly little cul-de-sac.
