What attracted me most to this house in particular was the size of the space offered and the location.

I wanted a weekend home near the beach, so being close to the train station was very important as I could get from London to Broadstairs in less than two hours, and from here it's only a short stroll to the beach.

We've had many happy times here with family and friends coming to stay and spend sunny days on the beach or enjoying an ice cream or glass of wine overlooking the beach and harbour. Having the flat in the basement also provides an income too!

I'm now looking to sell chain free.
