This apartment offers a fantastic amount of space with great size rooms. The layout is extremely flexible allowing the space to be used to suit all buyers' needs. As you enter the lounge you will be really impressed with the size of the room with the beautiful exposed brick fire place making a fantastic feature. This is a really cosy room to relax and watch your favourite TV series and films, with additional space available for a dining table and chairs if needed. There are two excellent sized bedrooms with ample space for double beds and plenty of wardrobes. If you prefer, one of these rooms could make a perfect formal dining room or study. For additional storage there is a mini loft in the inner hallway adjacent to the bathroom.

The kitchen/breakfast room is a lovely place to prepare your favourite meal for friends and family with space to sit and eat with double aspect windows and doors that let in plenty of daylight.

Rusthall is a popular place to live with wonderful green, open spaces offering opportunities to walk the dog or, for the more energetic, plenty of space for a run! There is a lovely village feel to the area, but a short walk will take you into Tunbridge Wells town centre with its abundance of local shops, restaurants and the railway station offering great commuter links to London.

What the Owner says:

I really enjoy people's reactions when they come here. The flat feels like a house; it's huge and airy and there's a natural flow that means there are never any awkward moments moving through it. I love the fact that it was the hub of the big house originally. The huge fireplace, dumb waiter and original courtyard really bring a sense of history to it. If you have any preconceptions about flats, think again - it's a real haven, a private space, and very tranquil. My own entrance is a real bonus, and being a short walk from the woods, parks and the Pantiles, this has been a perfect home for me for over a decade. The only reason I'm moving on is to be closer to open countryside.
