Full description

Tenure: Freehold

This very pretty and presentable four bedroom detached property sits quietly at the beginning of a very small cul-de-sac at the end of the West Park development.

With the current owner being very up to date with all things to do with plumbing this property offers a built in utility, designed to be used overnight as it is tucked into the back of the double garage (plumbed in for the economical use of a gas dryer).

The kitchen is able to house a dining table for having the family to hand or being able to chat with your guests whilst you are cooking. There is also enough room to put in a big American style fridge freezer, an island you can sit at to enjoy coffee and fitted gadgets to enjoy.

The lounge is a good space and opens up onto the garden with the patio doors.

A formal dining room also overlooks the garden through a large picture window. This has been used as a bedroom in the past and provides an en-suite bathroom should you wish to have guests to stay.

The garden both front and rear are both pretty and very well maintained. The rear garden has a wonderful cabin. This has been fully insulated and fully wired for power. The rear garden is also fully irrigated and has a trickling water feature to the rear corner.

Upstairs provides 4 bedrooms the master with an en-suite shower room. A further two bedrooms are doubles and the forth offers a fitted bed-in-a-wardrobe (single).

Homely and very practical.

What the Owner says:

Dee and I decided to move to Hart Close 20 years ago when our children where 7 and 5 years old. We were looking for a larger home and needed somewhere safe and quiet for them with room to expand as our family grew up. We affectionately call this the odd end of Hart Close, because of the house numbers, but it's location means there is no through traffic.
We particularly like the south facing garden and the West Park nature reserve, accessible via a little footpath opposite.
In the summer months we like nothing better then being out on the patio under the sun blinds enjoying a barbecue or sitting in the garden cabin reading books.
We are moving to be closer to family and can thoroughly recommend life in Uckfield and Hart Close in particular.
